Acceptance of Terms

By using Tinkaven, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies.

Eligibility and Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

User Content

You retain responsibility for content you post, including legality, accuracy, and any rights required to share it.

Google Sign-In and Google Backup

• You may sign in with Google where available. Google sign-in is used only to authenticate your Tinkaven account.
• Google Drive backup is optional and must be connected by you from Tinkaven settings.
• If you enable Google backup, Tinkaven may create, read, update, and delete Tinkaven-owned backup files in Google Drive's hidden appDataFolder using the drive.appdata permission.
• Tinkaven does not use this permission to read your visible Drive files, folders, photos, or documents.
• You can disconnect Google backup or revoke Tinkaven's Google access at any time.

Secret Chat

• Secret Chat provides end-to-end encryption for direct messages between users.
• You are responsible for maintaining your encryption keys. Tinkaven cannot recover lost keys or decrypt messages on your behalf.
• Clearing browser data, switching devices, or losing access to your browser may result in permanent loss of Secret Chat message history.
• Secret Chat messages auto-expire after 30 days from the time they are sent.

Prohibited Use and Moderation

You must not use Tinkaven for spam, illegal content, harassment, fraud, or attempts to abuse platform systems. Tinkaven may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms, community rules, or legal requirements.

AI and Generated Media

AI-assisted writing, image, media, and safety review features may be available in Tinkaven. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it and for ensuring that published content follows these terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Tinkaven is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited.

Termination

Tinkaven may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security concerns, or legal obligations.

Privacy and Support Channels

Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Support communications may be processed through third-party support channels used to operate the service.
